Warranty Procedure

 If you are experiencing any problems with any of the items that you have purchased from us, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or by calling 04 338 0990 and we will do our best endeavours to help resolve the problem or advise you of the options you have.


In the event that you have purchased an extended warranty for your product provided by JTRS then please email '[email protected]' or call 04 338 0990 and ask for the support team where you call will be logged and a help desk ticket generated. As you have take out the extended warranty, JTRS will run through an number of possible fixes over the phone to see if the issue can be resolved. In the event that this is not possible / unsuccessful, JTRS will co-ordinate with you when is a convenient time for us to collect the faulty goods on a next working day basis. Once the item/s have been collected they will be booked into the repair centre where a diagnostics check will be run to validate the exact problem. Provided the fault is covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty, the necessary work will be carried out at no cost to you. Your device will then be returned to the school that your child is at and handed to a member of staff who in turn will ensure it is handed to the student. Your help desk ticket will be updated at each stage of the process for you to be kept informed. 

In the event that the diagnostics confirm that this is not under the terms and conditions of the warranty, you will be contacted by one of the certified engineers who will explain the problem and the cost of any repair that maybe required. No work will be carried out without your prior approval. In teh event that you wish to not proceed with a 'paid repair / exchange', we will arrange for the return of your item to the school to be handed back to the student.
